We will build one product for one customer. In the past where this was a liquid filled transformer, today it includes series autos to go in large LTC transformers, dry types and other specialty type transformers. Tomorrow it will include fused load interrupters, unit substations, HV circuit switchers, SF6 circuit breakers and many other related power items. We are always looking for the opportunity to provide more value to our customer.
Some of our customers are large companies with little flexibility. Some of our customers need our expertise and assistance in determining the best fit for their need. We are here for our customers to give them what they need, when they need it. This means realtime inventory access, sales and manufacturing operations in four time zones, and 7-day/24-hour emergency availability. We choose to meet our customers on their terms.
